While receiving great care and advice from Dr. Kosteva, I feel the practice doesn't allow him enough time to visit his patients, consequently the doctor usually falls behind with his appointments.

Truly looks after your medical history. Makes sure to take care of procedures I would have no idea about. Newly recommended vaccines for long ago surgeries.
