One thing that truly stood out to me was the follow-up care, which is often where patients can feel lost when transitioning to testing or referrals. The communication was extremely efficient, and all of my follow-up appointments were scheduled the same day, which made the process seamless and reassuring. Dr. Grimaldi was warm, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I fully understood each step of my care.
