Dr Frank is knowledgeable, a clear communicator, conservative in finding a solution…not looking for a quick unnecessary fix. Tom, his assistant, was very professional, efficient and very knowledgeable of his responsibilities. Receptionists were very friendly and effiient. Personally, I couldn’t be happier with my treatment from Naples Heart Institute and Dr. Frank. Consider this fact: I drove from the devistation of our home in Asheville 5 days after [ ] to come to be examined by Dr. Frank knowing a potential [ ] was heading to Naples.
