I really liked this nurse practitioner. She was friendly and I felt that she was genuinely concerned about my issue. She thoroughly explained everything, did not rush me, and was willing to answer any questions I may have. I felt very comfortable with her.

I got there before 7:30 as told but no one was at desk which was ok. However, I would get texts saying go check in at desk no one was there which was frustrating to get texts and no way to follow instructions. When receptionist came in she was not very friendly.

On my previous visit Rebekah was very kind and listened to my needs. On this visit, seems like she was either annoyed at the gave I was a few minutes late due to traffic or as if she was overwhelmed.
