I got there before 7:30 as told but no one was at desk which was ok. However, I would get texts saying go check in at desk no one was there which was frustrating to get texts and no way to follow instructions. When receptionist came in she was not very friendly.

On my previous visit Rebekah was very kind and listened to my needs. On this visit, seems like she was either annoyed at the gave I was a few minutes late due to traffic or as if she was overwhelmed.

She was distracted coming in. Hurried through procedure and I had the impression that I was not important. She answered questions but stood at the door ready to leave. I felt that my questions were an inconvenience.
