The doctor didn't listen to me neither did his assistant.

Dr. Abueg is an excellent clinician. My personal preference is to have a bit more of sense of humor when treating me. But that is certainly not the most important trait in a provider.

Dr.Abueg could ask a few more questions. Sometimes it seems that he gives a generic response without necessarily exploring any differences that might apply to me.

Whenever I go to Dr. Abueg, I know that he will follow up with any issues from last time, that he will ask me about my concerns, he will listen to me and he will explain with a caring, highly respectful manner. He is also very thorough in his examination of any new or reoccuring situation. I feel very confident and relaxed in his care.

I was scheduled for a medicare annual wellness visit when I clearly requested an appointment to deal with 2 problems. The physician no fewer than 5 times told me I was scheduled for a wellness visit and didn't have time to deal with problems. I was made to feel very bad and like an errant child.

He needs to learn that patients know their own history. Maybe if you can stop talking over patients... and listen you could help a patient.
