I loved it because all the girls who work there are very friendly and always have a smile, even those who aren't serving you greet you when you walk by.

I pushed the wrong number for the first question, for the 1 to 10. It should have been a 10, not a 1. That's all. I kind of like forgot that the one, the receptionist that we first had, she wasn't that, nah, it's okay. It was a good experience. I don't want to complain. Bye.

I enjoyed my experience with Dr Perl. He took the time to explain what he thought was going on and ordered the necessary testing immediately. The only thing I was upset about was that the Dr wanted the test immediately but when i asked for my follow up once i got the test done, i was informed it would be a month away. Even though i explained the doctor's orders I was still told that.

The injection I received is helping with my elbow pain so much. I have zero pain currently and I am so glad I can get back to everyday activities and working out

Everyone was very professional, I had an excellent experience, the only downfall is the long waiting period to get an appointment, waiting for 2 months to get an appointment is very discouraging.

The doctor and the PA were fine. The person at the desk completely messed up my next appointments and I was very disappointed. The doctor wanted me to go back for a follow-up visit with another doctor. When I appeared for that appointment, it was not scheduled and I found out that the person at the desk had made the appointment for someone else, not for me. And it cost me a lot of time and aggravation and also I'm in pain and now getting some help for that pain has been delayed. So I'm very disappointed with Virtua. Not only was this the first time an appointment had been messed up, but this is the third for my family. Goodbye.

I am very happy with the staff and doctors at Virtua Reconstruction. Everyone is courteous and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of orthopedic care.

Overall care is great, however confused as to why provider is unable to sign off on a handicap placard when I have been approved for permanent disability. I was told by provider and front desk its a "virtua thing" however they can sign off on a temporary!?

Dr. Abraham Perl was very attentive and listened to my Care of Plan and asked me about my pain and concerns than effectively gave me the diagnosis that will help my plan of care. I was concerned at first cause my Primary Orthopedic doctor is on maternity leave and she left me in good hands. Thank you

The fact that I cannot take NSAIDs and the provider was willing to give me an injection on the first visit to give me some relief, certainly provided me with extraordinary care. Thank you.

I got absolutely no answers to my pain problem in my shoulder and the doctor didn't send me for an MRI of my shoulder. Which I wanted. I told him my shoulder was in terrible pain and he was saying it was coming from my neck and I had already had an epidural in my neck and it gave me no relief and I told him this and I've been told this before only to find out I have a torn rotator cuff and a torn bicep tendon and my other shoulder. So perhaps there is something wrong if my good shoulder hurts more than my bad shoulder. And then he couldn't even give me any doctors to help me with my care to help me get out of pain he didn't refer me to anybody. So I'm back to square one looking for a different doctor still looking for somebody to check out my shoulder.

The navigator was not efficient when she took my schedule visit with Dr. Perl. I was very disappointed because she scheduled me and then the office canceled me and I went anyway because the issue was something that Dr. Perl should address and did address. Very disappointed in the navigator who I spoke to about my appointment.

The provider went to the wrong room to start with. The provider did NOT know what my injury was, I had to tell him and he had to go look at the MRI again. Came in and said he looked at the one without contrast ...I didn't even have contrast on any of the ordered MRI's! In his progress notes he said he explained taking Tylenol for my injury and he did not go over anything like that with me. I didn't ask for ANY medication because I am already on pain medications.

The doctor treated me with courtesy and I would recommend him to anyone. He helped me to have my teeth in better shape and helped to regain the use of my teeth. And I appreciated his courtesy throughout the visit that I had and I would recommend him, highly recommend him, even though some of my mouth is sore, but that's to be expected when you have your mouth worked on as I did. And he did a great job and my teeth look great and I'm very thankful for his ?

The wait time was minimal. The office staff was great! The doctor took the time to listen and go over a plan of treatment. Everything from the time we walked through the door until the completion of the visit, everything was perfect!
