I learned I need to compartmentalize this provider into the category of going just for labs since she only looks at out of normal ranges and offers medications without providing information on how diet and exercise can improve numbers. I will seek out other places to get information on healthcare improvements.

I felt that John Beulah was a little rushed therefore I didn't fully understand what happens next with regards to my care. I was given a handful of paperwork and was expected to know what to do with it.
