On my first visit when I met the doctor he was very respectful and he listened to my problems and he explained to me some ways how he was going to help me figure out what is going on with my health and the staff was very friendly .The doctor seem like he is a friendly doctor and the nurse practitioner on my next visit was also caring, respectful and understanding and listen to my problems and gave me some info to help me with what im glad through.

I feel that my health is foremost on my caregiver's mind when she is caring for me. It makes me feel safe and secure that she is doing everything possible to make my life the best it can be.

Everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful. Dr Abby and her nurse Christina are super. I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, my experience was good.
But, a little disappointed the way the front desk lady at the lab dept. She seemed bothered for me to be there. No "hi" or "hello", kind of rude voice.

I feel like my health concerns are being taken care of. After being seen at UAB Highlands Neurology, I have hope that my lightheadness may diminish and possibly become a thing of the past. Everyone seems to really care how I feel and have knowledge of how to make improvements. Hope - that's the best single word I can use to describe the department. I now have hope.
