This was my first time meeting Dr Abigail Allen & she is amazing, she talked o us not at us & she really took the time to get to know Ashton. we didn't feel rushed & we felt heard.

Dr Allen and her staff were wonderful! Took time to include our special needs child into the conversation (which isn’t always easy😉) and made sure any questions we had were answered.

Dr. Allen was wonderful. So obviously on top of the medical history; great at communicating with both child and parent; happy to answer all our questions about what was and wasn't a restricted activity; and obviously highly knowledgeable, intelligent, and skilled. We are grateful.

She was kind, took the time to explain the problem, the solution and the plan as well as all the risks with us as parents days before the procedure then explained again to our child the day of the procedure and allowed her to ask all of her questions. She was so knowledgeable but had a way of not making you feel stupid to ask questions and although we were all scared she had such confidence in herself while also have an easy bedside manner, it put us all at ease

Dr Abigail Allen takes time to explain and go over all details of care, is warm and friendly and makes both parent and patient comfortable.
