Dr. Akinapelli is a wonderful Doctor. He really listens and takes time to hear about your health questions and concerns. He is my husband's doctor also and has taken care of him through several heart surgeries. We recommend him to anyone who needs a cardiologist. And his staff is awesome also!

Dr Akinapelli is both very knowledgeable and very caring. The visits never feel rushed. He reviewed my medications for both cardiac and non cardiac concerns. I greatly appreciate his advice and support.

All right, the cardiology department there at Renown should be a training center for efficiency. The years I've been going there, your appointments almost always right on time. They check you in. You don't have to wait around. The doctor's hardly ever more than a couple of minutes late at the most. You somehow have to figure out what they're doing and use them as a training facility for the rest of your organization. Thank you.

My recommendation is low because the last cardiac provider I saw was awful. I liked this Dr much better. He communicated well and explained next steps with time frames. As such I have had a cardiac Dr I really liked there and one that I did not trust and that did not communicate with me so my rating is lower as I am not sure what can be expected
