It is a nightmare to get thru to the actual dr or nurse practioner with the AI messaging. Nothing works right: either the extension doesn’t go thru or no one answers or it takes so much time to communicate that My Chart is not what you need. The answering line set/up acts like you don’t know what you want or that you do not have enough sense to have already tried what they are saying . If you can’t tell them that you are late and why; and that a 20 min late window might not be enough, and that you really need to see the dr now; then why have it set up at all! It’s very discouraging and very depressing.

Dr. Abdullah Omar is thoughtful, kind, well informed and respectful. I have been impressed with the depth of his knowledge. He listens to his patients and has their best interests at heart.His treatment philosophy is conservative. He includes his patients in the treatment process. He has treated me both as an inpatient & outpatient. I highly recommend him.
