I was with [prior physician] for 20 years and was extremely upset when he left. I was a little uneasy about starting over with a new [provider] but Abby is very pleasant and caring and I like her very much.

She listened to what I had to say, and was able to tell me what was wrong with me. When I called in I didnt expect to get in immediately...and they made time to see me within a few hours.

I was expecting a little more time with the provider, as this was my first visit with her. However, we made the most of it. I am sure in time we will get to know one another better.

I liked Abby. I do not feel the exam was as thorough as my past exams with (previous provider). Although I do have annual mammograms, I would expect to have a breast examination for an annual physical. That was not done. Next time I will ask for it as well as a pelvic and rectal exam.
