I have never had a more positive experience. The doctor was so informative, personable, and he truly listened. He took his time and was fully present while listening to my concerns. A+ experience!

I always have a good experience visiting Dr. Prado. He is an excellent doctor who knows my medical history, listens very closely to my concerns and prescribes the best treatment. He also has a great staff, including medical assistants and front-desk personnel who are very pleasant and make a patient feel right at home.

I had concerns of infection after I had it an ablation done. Rosita at the front desk got me right in to have the doctor check it out. Everything was fine, so my peace of mind was very important to me. I thank them for getting me in so fast.

I’m so happy with my results after treatment. Was wheeled into office in wheelchair and now I’m back at the gym walking 25 minutes a day and exercising. Good bless Drs. Prado and Keating!

I have received the very best care from Renown. My needs were unusual but specific and Renown was able to provide the care needed. Dr. Prado and Dr. Keating were working together to ensure I received the best treatment. I cannot overstate the kindness and concern I received from the entire Renown Staff. Just wanted to express my gratitidue, I've been going through it at the VA in terms of with what in my opnion is excessive drug seeking behaviour screening. Unfortunatley my hyperviligance to it makes me extremely senstive/guilty. I just wanted to express that I appricate the provider navigating that, and paying close attention to true physical concerns, while I poorly managed my anxiety.

Physician listened to me and provided detailed exam and testing. Performed treatment and solicited my opinion regarding procedure effects. Gave detailed plan for future visit and requested feedback on pain levels after medication injections took effect. My pain levels were reduced 90% before I left. Appreciated his efficiency and care

I was a new patient in extreme pain and the scheduler/ front desk went above and beyond to get me in ASAP. Greatly appreciated. Once seen, again I was scheduled for treatment ASAP.
