This visit was my third visit with Dr. Prado. After having some communication difficulties at my last appointment for [ ] we discussed that visit and how best we both could move forward. Dr. Prado was very attentive and I felt much more confident in the decision making that involved both our opinions. I appreciated Dr. Prado’s acknowledgement of some of my very complex medical conditions and how we plan to communicate in the future. All of the offices and support staff are wonderful and it’s clear people work very hard even when they have to deal with at times grumpy old men like me

Showed and explained with [ ], looked up items that might help with my condition, listened to me and answered my questions. This is what normal good care should be. Excellence shouldn't be easy to obtain in my opinion, the same with outstanding, however I am not aware of more Dr. Prado should have done.

Dr. Prado is a wonderful doctor, his level of kindness, compassion and overall explanation of medical visit and procedures is excellent. His team/staff are all very kind, helpful and are always ready to assist in any questions I have. There is a comfort knowing there are people here to help you with your medical needs.

I am so grateful to be able to come into your office after being seen by two other hospitals. I came in for [ ] and the doctor noticed my hands because of [ ] in the past. He ordered[ ] or the [ ] whatever it is. When I went for that this week I found out that I've got [ ] that I had no idea. The one in my [ ]. I go in this week to talk with both doctors about what we should do. If these two doctors would not have caught that I would have lost all use of my [ ]

Being a new patient I was nervous but I felt very comfortable from the front office staff the MA and the doctor. I felt he really took my concerns of my pain very serious and do not wait to further test. I truly appreciate the care I received.

I was referred to Dr Prado by the VA Community Care Program and am pleased with him so far….just met him once for consultation.
