Dr. Aaron Crookshank has been wonderful since I started seeing him. He's very attentive to my needs. He's very responsive. Takes the time to learn about me and my issues and address them in an understandable, polite manner. Always willing to help, very professional. Nothing but a joy working with Dr. Crookshank. He has been instrumental in keeping my sleep habits healthy and me healthy along with it.

Called the office staff after my visit...after the pharmacy...told them I could not afford a $400 prescription and wanted Dr.Crookshank to know..was told the Doctors do not know the details of everyone's insurance. I messaged him on MyChart.

The consultation was excellent. The patience and time that Dr. Crookshank provided was very enlightening. Explaining why sleep apnea may be occurring. After the sleep study, follow up was scheduled.

Dr. Crookshank is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor; he knew us, greeted us in a professional and caring manner. We need more DOCTORS like he is. He agreed to address our needs even though we could have probably done it ourselves. Some other attributes that him apart from the run of the mill physicians are his pleasant manner; his open smile and friendliness which make this patient feel welcome and part a hospital family... a great role model for future doctors.

Everyone was extremely courteous and extremely professional. My provider was extremely knowledgeable and he informed me of how my new treatment would go and what to expect. I really appreciated and felt enlightened after my appointment.

Dr. Crookshank is very thorough in reviewing my medical records with me. We discuss areas of concern and he listens attentively to my concerns and reservations. We discuss suggested medication changes and additions and come to an agreement regarding what is proposed and the expected outcome. I appreciate that he takes the time to cover everything and answers any questions I have regarding my treatment. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a pulmonologist.

The appointment times weren't long enough for the doctor to be able to efficiently talk with the patient. No reflection on the doctor. Just 15 minutes just does not seem adequate to be able to communicate my needs as a patient and allow the doctor to coordinate care. Thank you.

Everyone was cheery and I actually felt like they were happy to see me. No exaggeration...everyone was beyond friendly & totally acted interested in me (nothing fake about them) & cared about my MANY issues! I am losing faith in many doctor offices these days, but this office restored a wonderful experience. Everyone needs to take lessons from this doctor & his staff!

My first time in this office, unfortunately as an emergency. It was a great experience. I was very happy with my provider. He is knowledgeable and knew what to do. He demonstrated and explained everything. He asked me lots of questions to understand me and told me what the next steps were. His staff was also very pleasant. One of the best offices that I've been in.

Gave me a lot more information than my last pulmonary doctors. Looked more into my history and was able to give me honest answers and statements about my past experiences and upcoming choices. I also really liked that he "talked-to-texted" everything he told me in the appointment and our future plans, and that I was able to read what he said on MyChart. Very cool. A+

A visit with Dr. Crookshank is always a positive experience. This last visit I had to have a Pulmonary Test for surgical clearance. That was a bad experience. It's a difficult and unpleasant test, and the tech who administered it did not have a good approach for me. He didn't set expectations well. I struggled with the test, he was impatient which caused me to lose my temper with him and the test. His approach led me to believe I was doing poorly on the test and wouldn't get clearance for my surgery. Eventually he was able to get me to score well on the test, but the entire process could have been handled much better.

I'm always very comfortable and impressed by Dr. Crookshank. He takes the time to listen and discuss things and answer any questions. The one thing in retrospect that would be helpful is to go over any technical sleep data he would have from my CPAP machine. Other than that, everything was great and I highly recommend Dr. Crookshank and the entire team.

Dr. Crookshank is excellent in describing every single thing about whatever my problems are and listening to me. And he's the only provider in all my years that correctly diagnosed my pulmonary condition and I'm in my 80s.
