All the people who work at Breeze Urgent Care on Belt Line in Richardson are exceptionally kind and helpful, and they provide very effective medical treatment within a half hour!

Quicker than any other urgent care I’ve been to. They are great with children, so that speaks volume! As we all know caring for sick children is a different level of care and attention . The only issue I had was verifying insurance information, but it was resolved quickly .

Tan, NP and the medical concierges Veronica and Aukeena did a fantastic job taking care of rid me during my visit. They were patient, knowledgeable and all listened to my concerns and needs.

I came as a walk in due to not able to break my daughter’s fever. They informed me there was a wait but made sure to take care of us. Everyone was super nice and caring! Even though my daughter was sick, she said she loved the workers for taking care of her! In that short period my daughter was able to see how caring and nice everyone was and that’s exactly what you need when you don’t feel good!
