The staff at the Breeze Urgent Care Clinic were professional, fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. They moved me into a waiting room, with information taken by a nurse. I was expeditiously seen by the staff MD for diagnosis and treatment. This was my fourth visit here over a five year time period, for various non ER issues. Thank you , Breeze Urgent Care!

When I felt lousy, I returned to a place I had discovered earlier and had been so impressed by. Texas Health Breeze in Richardson is a place where you can get fast, competent, professional, efficient care from a friendly, conscientious staff. From the front, this clinic doesn't look very big. But it goes way back and has x-ray and other equipment operated by competent professionals. I was listened to and heard. The PA who did the prescribing adjusted the medications based on what I was already taking. I left there with thorough, readable and helpful notes that analyzed everything about the visit. When I got home and was trying to make a medication schedule for myself, I saw that their visit notes already had that. On two pages, they had listed alphabetically the meds I was currently taking that included the four new medications they had prescribed with bolded arrows pointing to them and instructions to start taking those. Basically they've thought of everything. This was pneumonia and had I not gone in there when I did, I could've ended up in the hospital. I've had that experience before, and this is way better! I am so grateful that I could walk into Texas Health Breeze without even calling ahead and get life-saving help within minutes.

Both the nursing assistant and nurse practitioner were very professional and very kind. Everything was explained very thoroughly. We have seen the same nurse practitioner before and we have always received excellent care! We will continue to visit this exact Breeze Urgent care for future needs.

I absolutely LOVE Breeze Urgent Care, especially the Richardson location. The facility is lovely and feels inviting, everyone is so sweet and concerned, and they do everything they can to get you treated as quickly as possible. I kind of use it as my PCP. I cant imagine any other office and staff being able to live up to the experiences I have had at this clinic. 20/10 will send everyone I know here!
