The PA we saw yesterday was amazing! His bedside manner was just great, he made my son feel very relaxed, explained everything to us both...specially made it a point to "talk" to my son to make sure he understood everything. He's a great addition to your team, I think his last name was Elston. Again, I don't think I've had a better experience at a care clinic. The entire staff is great, the nursing staff to the front desk!
