I live in another State and visit Desoto several times a year, I discovered this Gem a few years ago, the service they provided was excellent, there was no wait time before someone addressed your concern, I am so very happy they are there.

This is my second or third visit to the same urgent care location. The staff always treats me well. I get seen very fast and the treatment has been appropriate each time. They are always very attentive and ask the proper questions.

The staff and provider were very friendly and helpful. They were welcoming even though I walked in 20 minutes before closing. The visit was patient centered and I felt much better the day after treatment there. The turn around time from beginning to end of visit was very speedy. Very pleased!

I walked in and was taken back to the room immediately. The wait for the NP was very short. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend over other urgent care facilities in the area!

Breeze Urgent is the most efficient and professional urgent care center I've EVER experienced! This neighborhood office exceeds my expectations every visit! The closer is when the nurse walks out with you, opens the door, thanks you for coming, and encourages you to feel better. Excellent service!

I am visiting from California and slipped in tub so went to Breeze thinking I had sprained my knee. All the nurses and assistants treated me with true concern. I called for an appointment at 1:15 and was able to be seen at 2:15. Luckily I didn't have a sprain but found out I had arthritis.
