How quickly I was serviced

We took our daughter in before school to have an earring that slipped into the piercing removed. Check in was efficient. The nurse practitioner treated my daughter with kindness and care. She talked to her the entire time and made her comfortable. We've been once for a physical, which was also a great experience. I highly recommend.

Overall, my experience when I walked in and after leaving was great. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Jennifer (MA) was great and pleasant to talk with and making me feel comfortable during my visit. Jennifer (NP) was very attentive, didn't feel rushed and she listened. So overall I was treated well.

The Desoto clinic was my best experience at an urgent care. They helped me with both my kids over the weekend. One with an ear infection and the other with strep. Everyone was very professional and kind. The clinic was brand new and spotless. We were able to get in and out without feeling rushed. The examination were thorough and efficient.
