First of all, this Breeze Urgent Care facility is the cleanest and best looking Urgent Care facility I've ever been to. The Asst. who greeted me when I arrived was friendly and professional and immediately took me to a Room to check my vitals, etc., where I then waited just a few short mins for the Nurse Practitioner to complete my appointment. The Nurse Practitioner Jennifer was just terrific asking me some questions and answering everything about my concerns in a way to make me feel better. They have a terrific team at the Breeze Urgent Care in DeSoto, Tx!

The staff working were very professional and friendly. It was an ease to schedule an appointment by phone and welcoming environment upon arrival. Sandra, MA was kind and helpful. Jennifer , NP made sure all questions and concerns were addressed. I will definitely visit again. There were two other young ladies working and both were assisting with check in as well.

Out of all my years of having to go to an urgent care center, this was the best visit that I've ever had at an urgent care. The staff was genuinely happy and kind from the time we arrived, during the visit and then as we left. I felt very comfortable and confident that they actual care about patients and were not just there to do a job. It's very rare these days to find great customer service and care from employees that is genuine and not forced. I actually usually have so much anxiety being at urgent cares or hospitals and I dread it, especially for my child, but this visit instantly had me at ease and didn't have me feeling rushed to leave.

I checked in for my daughter to be seen as she was experiencing cold symptoms. Everyone was very nice & gentle with her from start to finish. They diagnosed her even when she wouldn't cooperate with their requests. We were in and out, the prescription was submitted immediately so that was a plus as well.
