Everything is great except for verification of insurance. I've been here various times with my family. I always have to pay $205 out of pocket and then call billing for a refund because my copay is actually $40. I do like that you're in network with my insurance, that is why I keep going.

Joanna is very helpful and kind. She went the extra mile to be sure to verify our insurance before our arrival (I had called to ask questions), and she took excellent care of my son while we were in the office. As the “face” of the Cedar Hill location, she is welcoming and hospitable!

I had an awesome experience despite what I was coming in for . They were fast , clean and had great customer service. Staff was very sweet . I even left a bracelet. They remember who it belonged and called me to let me know .

We didn’t have to wait long! All the other places were booked up and this place thankfully had lots of time slots. Looked new the nurses were nice. We were in and out and we got answers to our problem.
