Cedar Hill, TX Breeze Urgent Care was an experience of true excellence. The entire staff was friendly, supportive, and very professional. They patiently worked through verifying my insurance coverage. Even with that I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. Compare to other Urgent Care experiences in the area (I have visited both), that was Indy 500 speed. They saved me from sitting hours in the VA ER. The Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Patience, was great! She talked to me and not at me. She explained my condition, the Do's and Don't, home care, and the Rx. Whenever my PCP can't see me immediately for urgent care, I know where I will go for a caring experience, North Texas Breeze Urgent Care ♥️ Cedar Hill, TX!

This was my first visit to this facility. It was very clean and all of the staff were outstanding. All were very knowledgeable in their field and made me feel good about the information I was receiving from them. That may be my go to when needed from now on even though it is a little ways from my home. I received top notch attention in a good period of time.

The staff was wonderful, and the facility was clean. Upon my arrival, I checked in and went straight to a room where my nurse was personable and caring.

He gets a 10 all by himself. I'm grateful he was there when I needed his help. I will definitely use this urgent care facility again. It was great! I am very grateful, because I had a telemedicine appointment the night before, and they did not prescribed the antibiotics I needed. I got the strep throat test done and I got the medicine. The attention was amazing, very understanding of how bad I was feeling and I felt supoorted by the staff since the quicknes to schedule the appointment to the attention of the nurse practicioner, especially because it was a holiday. I am really thankful for you guys, you have been a great blessing.

I was pleased that your establishment provided online scheduled appointments. Once I walked in the NP was ready for me and led me to a room to take my vitals and confirm personal information. The doctor came in already aware of my reason for visit and spoke to me about my regular prescription and then informed me of a vitamin that I could take to possibly as a preventative measure. No one ever gave me information concerning this possibility, so I greatly appreciated her sharing the information!
I believe I was in and out in 20 minutes, but I did not feel rushed or uncared for at all.

Scheduling was easy and I like the time slot choices so you are not having to wait for an undetermined amount of time. I really liked our PA as she was quick and knowledgeable and treated me right away. My husband and I will definitely be going to Breeze more in the future.
