It was first time time yo go there. I was recommended by our son who lives in Southlake. It was impressive from the 1st step in to the last step out. Everyone was easy to talk to very pleasant and informative. I will definitely use them again

They always take such great care of me and my family. It's so clean, not a long wait and the staff is so nice! Providers are great the whole experience is wonderful when you have to go to an urgent care.

I was seen quickly and the staff was very kind. I'm glad I can schedule an appointment online and wait at home rather than having to wait in the office to be seen However the prescription was not covered by my insurance. Fortunately it was not expensive. I am grateful that Breeze is available and close by.

I'd rate Breeze a 10. I was able to book an appointment same day, was seen exactly when my appointment stated, the staff was kind and understanding and the PA explained his rationale for diagnosis and treatment to me in plain language. The entire appointment from arrival to medication pick up at my local pharmacy was under an hour! Thank you!

Nurse Practitioner was efficient while also being thorough and having excellent bedside manner. I felt she truly listened and understood my concerns. I felt very good about the care plan provided. The medical assistants were also very professional and kind. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility, how easy it was to use MyChart to book an appointment and see my results. Breeze is an excellent Urgent Care and one I recommend to everyone.
