Everything was smooth and easy from check-in to check out. The nurse was very attentive in the beginning with checking vitals and asking questions. The provider was very thorough. She asked lots of questions and took time to get to the bottom to see what I really needed. It did not feel rushed at all! It was definitely a breeze, but super thorough.

It was extremely easy to set up appointment online. Check in and finishing required info and signatures swift as can be.
Waited maybe 5 minutes tops to be called back. Was seen immediately. Discharge just as efficient.

It was easy to set up an appointment online for same day! The appointment was fast but made sure to explain everything and address any concerns I had. My prescription was in the pharmacy as soon as I left my appointment. Definitely going here for urgent care.

I was very impressed with the aesthetic of the facility. It was definitely comfortable and calming. I enjoyed a nice lemon tea for my sore throat. I was also very happy with my wait time.

Everyone (from front desk, to the MA, to the NP) were incredibly kind and very efficient. I oversee a mental health clinic and what I participated in yesterday is exactly how you want a clinic to flow and provide quality care to the client.

We might not see either eye on topics like vaccines, but this is still the best Urgent Care in all of Mansfield.
I would not take my family to any other Urgent Care. This place is well worth the drive.
The staff is absolutely friendly and wonderful to talk to. When I ask for a follow up, they give me very detailed notes and explanations.
I can't say enough good things about my last visit there with Angela. My family and I really appreciate all your work and your patience and your kindness.

The staff was very pleasant. They listened to me and they understood what I was saying and they took x-rays at first. I did not know why my knee was hurting me so bad but they took the x-rays. I know what the problem is that put me at ease quite a bit and again they were very pleasant, polite, and helpful. I would recommend anybody to that urgent care clinic.
