My visit was amazing! I was first warmly welcomed as I entered the clinic and then was taken almost immediately to an exam room. The MA and NP were both very friendly. The NP performed a thorough exam, made a diagnosis, and was careful to take into account my preexisting health issues when prescribing medicine. Breeze is always my first choice for urgent care, and this visit confirmed my continued allegiance.

I had an overall great and easy experience at Texas Health Breeze Clinic. I went in for my daughter, and from the moment we were taken back, the staff made us feel comfortable. The gentleman who helped us first was very sweet and attentive to the circumstances with my daughter. When the provider came in, she went straight to work, making sure everything was handled quickly and with care. Even though my daughter put up a bit of a fight during some of the tests, the team was patient and professional, and they got it done while making sure her care came first. I truly appreciate how smooth the whole visit was, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

They are absolutely wonderful. The whole staff I never felt so comfortable and they were all so sweet and helpful. Got to the root of the problem very informative got me back very quickly. Gave me all the information I needed about what was going on. Additional instructions. and make sure I was taking care of before I was released. I love this place very much and I will highly recommend it. What a big difference compared to other healthcare facilities

Overall, the visit was a relatively quick appointment.
The med technicians who got the initial information were excellent. The nurse practitioner wasn't very talkative, but she did her job.
I was happy that I had a simple treatable situation so I didn't have to wait for primary physician appointment
