The center was very clean. The staff was very nice inconsiderate as well as the provider I saw. The price to be seen is a little more expensive than what I was expecting, but that is the only complaint I would have. Everything else was amazing smooth check-in, and felt safe and seen.

It was an awesome experience, basically no wait time, i was in and out within 20 minutes. It was a much better experience than a bigger well known urgent care in the area. The other place always had super long wait times, and every appointment was at least two hours.
I am glad i was referred to u all, and will continue using u for our family going forward.
Oh, and everyone was super nice, which is a bonus.

First of all, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. All of the other ladies in the back were very friendly and caring as well. Also, I noticed when I walked in that the place was very clean and neat (even in the back ).That was very important to me. Then, Damita NP was excellent!!!! She presented herself very professionally. She was so nice and caring and took her time to do a thorough assessment on what I came in complaining of. I had gone four days earlier to my PCP with the same problem. I have been struggling with this pain for two weeks. My PCP barely looked at me and never assessed what I was complaining of thoroughly and just gave me a muscle relaxer and sent me out. Damita thoroughly assessed my arm and back and neck and asked way more questions than my PCP ever did. Damita's plan gave me the relief that I needed after two long weeks of suffering. She also made it seem like that she wasn't in a hurry to go home because it was late in the evening and closing time. She also made me feel like she really cared. I would definitely be going back to your facility if needed in the future.
