Excellent staff and facility. This was the first time I used Breeze Urgent Care. I initially called to ask about how to be seen. I was kindly directed to go online to submit my information and obtain an appointment. I could be seen in another hour--great! The facility is quite spacious, clean, and the receptionist was very nice. I was called back by the MA within minutes, vital signs taken, and the provider came in almost immediately. She accessed my symptoms, we talked about treatment, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy.
Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. I felt well- cared for. I would absolutely recommend this Urgent Care facility.

I was seen fast and everyone was super nice from the front desk, the MA and the NP. Aileen, the NP or PA(not sure which one) was so sweet. She was very patient with my rambling on and on and knew exactly what I needed. Working in healthcare myself, I know that time and kindness are fleeting these days. I am very appreciative.
