I cut my finger rather badly at a child's public pool slide and I got in right away and the demeanor of everyone was very welcoming and fun yet very professional, and I feel that my finger was dressed very impressively to guard it while healing. It was very timely and I was able to make it to my daughter-in-law's birthday party. I was very pleased with them as I have been before addressing UTIs and sinus infections. I just recommended the place to my daughter yesterday, who just moved here from Seattle

Getting an appointment was really easy. When I walked in the lady was very professional and nice. The MA that took me back was very caring and explained what would be next. When the PA came in she listened, asked questions and explained the next steps. She had me do an X-ray. The tech was very nice and was able to get the pics she needed with only to takes. Which is awesome. When the PA came back with the results she accustomed them to me and explained everything. She gave me the run down on what needed to be done and called in the scripts. Told me to follow up with my PCP in 6 weeks. Explained if it got worse to go to the ER. After j left I figured she would call the scripts in at the end of the day. I got a call from the pharmacy within an hour telling me scripts were ready. This was a 10+ all the way around. I highly recommend them.

Everyone is kind, friendly and efficient. My last visit took only 10 minutes from start to finish, it was a slow day for them though, but even when it's been busy I'm usually in an out in an hour. I do like that it's connected with Texas Health and can be viewed by my PCP. Thanks for all your help!
