Very efficient, nice, caring, and thoughtful care. I have a smashed finger, and the staff was so careful to stitch and x-ray my finger so it wouldn't hurt too much. Same for the follow-up

I wasn't happy with the Allen, TX location. The staff wasn't friendly, I had an appointment but had to wait in the lobby a bit. The PA didn't do much to help in my opinion. She treated me as if I had allergies with a throat spray and a nasal spray. I get much better care at the Mckinney location on University. Also, the PA didn't check my ears. When I told her I felt I had some swelling in my left gland going up to my ear. I felt like they didn't care.

PA: Latoya R. was absolutely brilliant. My situation was a complicated because of my past allergies to drugs, airborne, etc. and my voice was totally gone and chest was very tight. We had to figure out if it was anaphylactic or viral, and she was amazing.

I had an appointment pre-scheduled on your websits and it took a total 45 minutes from the time of appt before my son was seen by a provider. 25 min in the waiting area and 20 min after being roomed. What is the point of offering appointments?
