Very easy to schedule online and was seen immediately. The assistant and nurse practitioner were polite and thorough and I felt well-taken care of.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The office was very clean. There was no wait time. Part of the reason I was cautious of going to an urgent care was giving my health history and having to fill out all my medical history. It was great to walk in and not to have to worry about that because they had access to My Chart. The medical assistant and Nurse Practioner were very thorough. I feel like I received excellent care and they are going to follow up with me. I was impressed with the staff, the facility and with the care I received.

We go there specifically for your providers. They are always wonderful. Patient yet efficient and really listen to concerns. I went in for something yesterday that I know is something that needs to be addressed elsewhere but needed nausea medicine to hold me over until I could get in to see my PC. She was so sweet and gave me so many other tips and things to do to help with my issues. We're lucky they are in our hood.

Really lovely staff and comfortable atmosphere. I usually have nerves when I go to a clinic, but I felt very relaxed there and was treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. The nurse practitioner was also knowledgeable, took her time, and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. I trust her completely.

The concierge and medical provider were both very attentive, kind and efficient. All very useful things when a patient is in a lot of pain. The medical provider was very thorough and took her time to evaluate my symptoms.

Dana was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, per usual. Always takes the time to explain whatever ails me, and helps get me back to feeling my best. I’ve seen her numerous times now and I’m always relieved when I know she’s the one in charge of my care. She has a God given gift for medicine and it’s encouraging to know there are still doctors and nurses out there who take pride in their occupation.
