We were welcomed by the lady at the front desk she was so sweet, our nurse was Aubrey she was so kind and made my child feel so special even when he was not feeling well. The provider we saw Kristen was so sweet, she listened to all of our concerns and made sure we understood everything before we left.

Both are concierge Kay and our provider Michelle went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable at her recent visit. She was nervous about the strep test, but Kay administered it quickly and empathized with my daughter as she gave it to her. She even allowed her to give herself the Covid test since she has unfortunately had to give herself many throughout her life and wanted to have the control on that one. Both the concierge and provider were very kind to my daughter so much so that she named her new stuffed animal dog, Kay Michelle after them. I have been to four different breeze locations and all have been wonderful but this was the most efficient visit I have had. We didn't even sit down when we arrived. We were taken straight back to a room and Kay stayed with us and started the exam.

Large lobby with comfortable chairs. Generous coffee machines and water bottles. X-ray on site. Appointment time was met without delay. Free parking right outside the clinic. This is an excellent Urgent Care facility.
