made appointment online went in staff was polite and wait time was fast to be taken to the room and the staff did everything and asked if we wanted a beverage while we waited once seen it was fast on the diagnosis and received our prescription we were able to be checked out fast.

I scheduled an appointment online and arrived early for that appointment. After barely any wait time at all, still before my appointment time, I was called back, and vitals were taken. Moments later, Shana the PA arrived. She listened attentively, examined the affected area, and gave her assessment. It seemed reasonable, and I was happy to comply. She left to send my prescription to my pharmacy, and I was very shortly released. I can not ask for a more efficient but caring experience. And yes, I stand by my willingness to recommend Breeze for any urgent care that might arise.

Our visit was quick and painless unlike my son's fracture. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Hopefully we do not need an urgent care anytime soon but when we do we will be going back to Breeze!
