The facility was very clean. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everyone was very patient with my elderly mother who is hard of hearing and has dementia. My mother and I were very impressed with our experience. It is helpful that Breeze is part of Texas Healthcare, so my mother's records are accessible. It simplified our visit. We will definitely recommend this Breeze location to our friends. Thank you.

Since I made an appointment, I did not have a wait time. I felt very comfortable and felt well taken care of by all the staff. The exam and testing was thorough and the diagnosis discussion was easy to follow with recommendations. Thank you!

I was impressed by the ease and convenience of scheduling the appointment. Once I arrived, I did not have any wait. The nurse, Estella, took me in and triaged me. NP Stephanie Okeke was wonderful. She was very thorough. She treated me with respect and seemed to genuinely care about how I felt. This was a great experience and should I need it, I would not hesitate to use it again.

The nurse practitioner Stephanie was very nice and caring. She explained all the health issues that can be caused because of anemia and how it can be tackled. My daughter felt her like she is her personal friend. I felt very nice that she was able to connect with my daughter very soon and made her comfortable.

Everybody did their job, swiftly and accurately, and the NP listened very thoroughly and offered some wonderful solutions that have never been offered to me before and took next steps to assist me in my recovery.
