The NP was very knowledgeable and didn't use any medical jargon in explaining the diagnosis. She stayed until we had all our questions answered. Both the nurse and NP were very caring and reassuring helped me relieve any anxiety I had. Both had great bedside manner!

I contacted Breeze Urgent Care-Coppell when experiencing sudden symptoms before a holiday weekend. I made an appt online, and within a couple of hours, I was getting the care I needed. The entire staff was thoughtful, courteous, and professional. Care was not rushed, and wait times before and during care were very reasonable. I was confident about aftercare instructions and will go to TX Health Breeze Urgent Care-Coppell for future urgent care needs.
