10+++++! Bobbi was unbelievably great, comforting, thorough! Tori, and the others treated me like it was 'spa day,' even bringing me coffee while we waited on X-rays. Was truly the best medical experience I've ever had! I only wish they could be my full- care providers. The whole experience was awesome. That's especially important when you're feeling as bad as I've been... can't recommend them enough. So thankful! [patient name]

I was able to make a same day appointment. Upon arrival, I was immediately taken to a treatment room. Not only was my visit quick, but it was also effective. I love this Breeze location.

Texas Health Breeze is always my go-to. Every moment from start to finish is done efficiently and effectively. The entire staff is wonderful and I love that I'm in and out in 30 minutes! Perfect for an on-the-go parent :)

We brought in two sick children ages, one and three and everybody there was so helpful. Helpful setting up the back-to-back appointments, helpful managing to get all the test done with his little trauma to the children as possible. And the nurse that worked with us, Estella, Even helped us carry everything back out to the car when both kids fell asleep and we couldn’t carry the kids and the diaper bags to the car! Such kind and caring people!

I arrived early to Breeze Urgent Care and was immediately greeted and escorted to a room with Rhonda. As a new patient to Texas Health facilities, Rhonda made it incredibly easy to get set up with all my information. We were having issues with my insurance and she was completely upfront about the cost if we couldn’t get it figured out…which was soo helpful. Stephanie, the nurse practitioner was incredible!! She was a calming presences and was knowledgeable on women specific side effects when it came to the antibiotics she prescribed me. I’d love to see if she’s practicing anywhere else with Texas Health to potentially be my pcp! Thank you Breeze Urgent Care!!

This was honestly my best experience at an urgent care clinic! The staff was beyond knowledgeable, professional, very compassionate, and extremely efficient! I believe I was there for less than 2 hours which is completely unheard of in the emergency medicine realm. I really wish I had remembered everyone's name so I could thank them personally but I am extremely grateful for the care I received from the staff last night!

Quick and very easy. Sadly we had to go on to an ER because they couldn’t manage what was going on, but they made this fact as painless as possible. Grateful to the staff and the provider. Grateful for their professionalism and their service.

From the front desk to walking out, the staff is top tier. They are friendly and attentive and empathetic. Also, the offer of hot tea is such highlight. Nothing feels better than hot tea when you’re not feeling well. The one sad thing I found out is that the Pharmacy Kiosk is now gone. The situation was explained to me but if there is ever a chance to get such a service back that would be amazing.
