The staff is very friendly. Very efficient. I will take a visit here over a visit to the ER in every instance that I can. I have used the Flower Mound location out of convenience a number of times. They are great. This was my first visit to the Coppell location. Just as happy here.

The clinic is nice and clean, I didn't have to wait long to be seen, and they are always spot on on what I have and the medicines to be taken. Great clinic! I always recommend it!

I felt like complete crud and was concerned about getting someone else sick. They directed me to mask's and made me feel welcome and accepted. They treated me quickly and carefully and helped me get the medications I needed.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly face. Hadash and Sara were eager to help and checked my son in. Estella quickly took us to a room and was so good with my son. Her and Amanda made him feel so comfortable during the entire visit, explaining everything to him. I highly recommend the Coppell Breeze location!

Everyone within the office was very pleasant, personable and caring from check-in to check-out. The Coppell, TX location has a great team. Texas Health Breeze should reward this team for level of patient care that they administered as I am positive that they gave the same level of care to everyone that they see. This is the time of year in Texas when the majority of illnesses occur due to the dramatic weather changes on a weekly basis. The staff was still very personable and caring even with my appointment being at the end of the day. I used to administer patient care and know how challenging it can be. Kudos to this team of healthcare professionals.
