Lijo and Susan were perfect yesterday. Warm, professional, and kind. In and out of there in 30 mins. I have been to Breeze many times, but Susan and Lijo were the best I've experienced.

It was so easy to find a location near work and there was plenty of time slots. The location was clean and the staff there were so friendly. I got in and got out. Now I know about the virtual visit, I'll do that in the future if I'm on a time crunch cause it's a flat rate!

David, the x-ray tech and NP Assistant, was AMAZING. He has techniques to get X-rays from patients in pain that even my expensive orthopedic surgeons' x-ray techs don't use. I really appreciated David's careful and skillful help.

The front desk, nurse, attending nurse( all 3 ladies that helped me)... were great!!! I'm so thankful for Texas breeze because by the time I get into my primary care for any ailment I have I won't have the ailment anymore or to be 10 times worse. Very, very thankful for Texas breeze since I moved to Texas about five years ago.

I came in for acute lumbar back pain Susan the nurse was very patient with me, made sure my chart was correct, and when i needed a shot she was so gentle!Eresiya the NP was excellent! She listened and validated my feelings and symptoms. During the physical exam she was patient and explained the need for everything she did.

I was greeted very warmly and professionally. I was moved to a room at or before my appointment time. The nurse and practitioner were knowledgeable, thorough and kind. She did exactly what needed to be done and I left 20 minutes later knowing everything I wanted to know about my condition and with a Rx to help.

The nurses and the provider actually listened to my concerns that I was still sick and not getting better, and gave me an alternative plan of action that actually worked! I'm starting to feel better already. I also appreciated that she educated me on why she was prescribing certain medications and how to use them.
