The facility was beautiful and clean, and the young woman who checked me in was polite and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner (Kim, I believe) was professional and knowledgeable, and I felt like I received excellent care.

I was treated by caring, kind personnel including person who scheduled my appointment quickly due to my concerns about my condition. The Nurse was quick to offer assurance, the PA responded quickly, both were quick to help me relax. Im grateful for the reassurance, discussion and kindness.

I did all my check-in and payment online. So when I walked in, everything was really like I had been there several times and they took excellent care of me and I enjoyed that they were as quick as they were. service was very personalized and efficient, and I will definitely recommend anyone go there for their medical needs. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this urgent care. I was seen right away with no wait time, and every staff member—from the nurses to the assistants—was incredibly kind, thorough, and efficient. They addressed all of my concerns, completed testing and X-rays, provided a treatment plan, and even sent my prescription—all within just 45 minutes.
The provider took the time to explain everything clearly in a way that I could understand, which I truly appreciated. This morning, when I had an issue at the pharmacy, I called back and the staff handled it immediately with so much care and professionalism.
I’m very grateful for the outstanding service I received here. Highly recommend!

The medical assistant I had yesterday, her name is Brittany, at first contact acted like I was an inconvenience for her, she seemed quite unhappy like she didn't want to have to do her job. She failed to tell me her name and role and I assumed she was my provider. Everytime I told her my concerns she either ignored me or acted like I was being foolish. I didn't appreciate her attitude. It was quite unpleasant. This is the first and only time I've had a negative experience at this texas health location.
