I have been to Breeze at least 3 times, and every time I get quick exceptional care. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Check in is quick and easy and I have always been seen immediately. The providers are thorough and patient and answer all questions. I have also taken my children to Breeze and they have received the same quality care.

I was at Breeze in Addison, Texas on Thursday. Every thing and EVERYONE was perfect. First, The wonderful person who greeted me in the lobby, making me feel welcome and important and had all my info already pulled up on the computer. It was very quick to send me to a patient room. Secondly, the first person i saw once i was in the patient room who took my vital signs was professional, patient, kind and thorough. Third, i was very lucky to be seen by Kimberly Ann Arrington. There are not enough words to describe her kindness, professionalism, patience, thoroughness and so much more. I knew i was definitely in extremely good hands. Next, the xray technician was AGAIN, professional, kind, thorough, patient and knowledgable...
Every person was really wonderful. I know i have used the same adjectives to describe each one as they were all amazing. I then saw Kimberly Ann Arrington again to discuss her findings, to describe everything that was going on with me and rates well
beyond a "10." Finally, i saw the person who gave me a prednisone injection who was every one of the things i said about everyone else. She AND Kimberly Ann Harrington gave me information about what was happening then and then i was given information about what could be happening later. For instance, what to do if i had any reactions from the injection ( which i never even felt), to PA (?) Harrington suggesting the injection as she knew that by me waiting to get the prednisone prescription that afternoon, that the prednisone could cause sleeplessness and should be given as early in the day as possible. The provider was very helpful and everyone was very polite. I have a general distrust and uncomfortable demeanor towards Healthcare providers but, I felt more at ease with the folks at Breeze.
