The entire staff did a great job, including scheduling my appointment and providing information that helped me determine whether urgent care or an emergency room was necesary. I also appreciated the medical staff who were so kind and helpful when dealing with my 8 year old daughter who was in a lot of pain.

It was absolutely wonderful. Katie was fantastic and had a great bedside manner. She made me comfortable and it was the best experience I have ever had there. To clarify I've never had a bad experience there but this one was exceptional.

I came in for a migraine lasting almost two weeks and the Dr, while nice, knowledge, and quickly getting to the point that he can't do anything for me - all things that I greatly appreciate, he refused to lower his voice, claiming that he needed me to hear him so he wasn't going to whisper. I didn't ask him to whisper. I had my ears plugged as hard as I could and responded that I have zero problem hearing him, that I can't process what he's saying if it's loud because it's extremely painful. I spent a 4th of my time with the Dr with my ears plugged with my hands, visibly in pain. I am pretty sure that's easy to assess and take the best action. The one that was requested.

It was easy to make an appointment, it was clean very quick the employees listen to my illness and prescribe what I needed. Very happy with my experience.

I was greeted warmly at the entrance, I didn't even have an appointment my wait wasn't long at all and the assistant called me back, took my vitals, etc. before I knew it, the provider was already coming into the room, and he was very cordial and caring as well.

Prompt courteous. Easy to make appointment. Took their time to find out the cause instead of just throwing medication at the problem. I will definitely return with my "minor" issues instead of waiting weeks to get an appointment with my PCP who is overloaded with patients!

My first time to go to Breeze and I was very impressed. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and everyone there were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back there when I am in Dallas if I have any health issues! I currently live in Mississippi. But come to Dallas quite often.

I was so pleased with my experience. I was very sick and a long way from home on a business trip and they made me feel right at home. The facility was beautiful and the staff was so kind and friendly. I was in and out very quick with a solution to my problem so I could get healthy and back to work as quickly as possible. So grateful!
