From the moment you walk in, the lobby felt more like a cafe/coffee shop, versus a typical sterile urgent care lobby. Every staff member I encountered, from the receptionist to the intake nurse was extremely polite, friendly and empathetic - 3 traits sorely missing into today's revenue-driven, corporate-feeling medical institutions! I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how I was treated - like a HUMAN BEING, and not like just a number.

I love the Texas Health Breeze location on Northwest Highway. As soon as I walked into the door I'm greated and offered water or coffee. This most recent my concierge Bri was friendly and attentive! My provider Katie was an angel and explain to me what was going on and the meds I was going to be taking! She was so sweet and caring for my issue. I always recommend Texas Breeze to friends and families. Superb service

This is my 3rd/4th visit to the urgent care and they are the only one I trust. I always get quality care from compassionate, professional people and leave feeling cared for.
