The service/attention I received during my visit was EXCELLENT. It was my first time going to a facility like this (minor issue needing attention), so I did not know what to expect. I went in because I fainted. The staff was amazing and took care of me so quickly. I especially am thankful for Yaz, who was so kind, gentle, and made me feel so comfortable after such a scary experience. I never wish to have to go to an urgent care but am glad yall are so close by to me.

Pleasantly greeted. quickly taken to a private examination room and offered bottled water. pleasant nurses took our information. I really liked and trusted the PA. She correctly diagnosed my problem and prescribed a medication. One of the staff helped me out in a wheelchair. since I am recovering from surgery.

When I enter Breeze Urgent Care I feel secure in knowing I will get the best possible care. The entire staff from sign in to Nurse Practitioner to PA is precessional, knowledgeable and kind. The facility is clean and welcoming.

When I checked in there was no wait and I was seen right away. The PA listened and confirmed my symptoms by examining me and prescribed the appropriate meds. The whole experience took less than 30 minutes.

The woman working at the front desk, went above and beyond to get my insurance processed. When at first it was showing it. It did not accept my insurance. She was able to submit it another way, and it went through, which was greatly appreciated as it was Sunday night, and no place else was open
