Breeze Urgent Care far surpassed my expectations! I was able to get an appointment within an hour of checking online. The office staff were so kind and efficient. The PA I saw was fantastic and quickly accessed my needs! I'll definitely use them again if needed!!

The care was excellent! I could hear an elderly woman being treated in another room. (Her family was loud!). She ended up needing more care, so they were sending her I an ambulance to Presbyterian Dallas.
The staff apologized for my wait, and thanked me for being patient.
All were very professional.

Appointment was easy to schedule. I was greeted at the front door with a smile and check in process was easy. Wait was minimal, provider was kind and extremely thorough. Prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy before I even left the exam room.

Kristin was detailed in how to go about preventing UTI, gave me one pill of antibiotics so that I could go home and rest and not be waiting at a pharmacy and could pick the remaining prescription up today. Kristin Dirk was competent thoughtful and caring and I would highly recommend anyone to see her at Urgent Care Breeze.
