The new doctor that took over for my doctor on pregnancy leave was warm and kind. He was easy to talk to. Everyone else was very caring. I have been ill and they took extra care.

I think your service is quite excellent. It has many pros. I especially enjoy ALL of the staff even more so since I was able to convence the young folks to stop calling me baby sweetie, honey. Karen or Kricket is just fine. Just wish you had more of a relationship with Cleveland Clinic. That’s my “go too” hospital for emergency as long as I’m driving. I don’t expect ambulance or Uber to transport me so far. Memorial is also great but it’s not CC. I do enjoy and admire my PCP Dr St. Eloi He’s a very intelligent, knowledgeable, hard working involved young man who obviously enjoys his profession
