I feel everyone is so busy. It is very impersonal. Nice NP clean office fast and not alot off quality in visits. After 10 minutes had a referral and on my way.

She was great; I just wish there had been follow up with next steps/suggestions on what to do now. I feel dismissed but still have same symptoms.

I came in needing an ECG for an upcoming elective surgery; after my provider noted that I was concerned about hearing loss, she looked in my ears and said that they could flush the wax out. YEAH! I felt that she went beyond why I came there, including asking for paperwork that was missing and requesting that I do bloodwork prior to surgery and wrote an order for this.

I was very satisfied with the care received. The NP that did my physical was great! I can't recall another time where a provider did such a thorough job & was so kind.

First time I had a nurse practitioner instead of my medical doctor. She was excellent and so I set up the next several appts. with her for this particular medical problem (3 or 4 appts. in 1 month). Then after problem resolved I went back to my PC doctor.

First time seeing the nurse practioner, needed a referral for a hematologist, primary care doctor didn't have any openings.
