I feel like the provider wanted me to tell her what medicine or prescription to prescribe to me after I told her my symptoms and the medicine that I had already taken. She didn't seem confident.

It was easy to set up, and so much more convenient than having to go in. The NP was extremely nice, and really listened to what was going on. She also had really helpful recommendations to further help me with my care.

After being stressed for two days and almost abot to run out of my rx i was able to get a refill the same day without having to wait too long for video call. Sedrick Thomas and Mya were just great in helping me. Both were very professional and understanding. They cared about my situation and assisted me accordingly.

It appears the PA properly diagnosed the problem and prescribed the correct meds to fix my problem. I feel much better today and will continue taking the medications as prescribed.

The platform was super easy to use (I created my appt from within my Texas Health MyChart app) and the wait was so short The provider was kind, helpful, attentive- she fully listened to my concerns and my relevant history, and was pleasant to work with. I will 100% use this the next time I'm down with a run of the mill illness.
