Everyone did awesome, as always. I always appreciate this office as they have always made me feel safe enough to express my needs and concerns and get help.

greeted me at the door go to me too testing area. Explain the situation gave me instructions afterwards. Let me know. My doctor will let me know what the outcome is and escorted me to the area where I can leave for my car. I appreciate the staff.

The gentleman at the front desk for sign in. Sorry I don't remember his name, but I do remember at that ti.e thinking. Wow, what a sweet gental caring soul. So sweet so polite, and with a smile.

I am always blown away by the gentleman and the lady at the front desk. They are always so kind and cheerful when I walk in. It is very nice to see that. Thank you guys keep up the good work.

My Doctor was on vacation. The scheduler was able to get me an appointment on the same day I called. I was first offered a substitute Doc could meet with me,but at a hospital. I asked them to keep me with someone at my familiar location which they were able to do. I was very relieved and experienced less stress.

Every person I came in contact with was, without a doubt, friendly, caring, professional. The nurse who did my Wellness Exam was very kind. Lisa, who I spoke to on the phone the day before my in-office visit listened to my needs & squeezed me in for a visit the very next day. Melissa Shockey, APRN, was extremely attentive to my needs & kindly listened to what I felt I needed to share for the treatment that I needed addressed.

Both front desk clerks acknowledged me when I came into the office. The medical assistant was friendly and helpful, Dr Melissa was patient, reviewed my chart carefully, as i had just gotten out of the hosp8tal and then was able to schedule tests promptly to ease my mind.
