I am always blown away by the gentleman and the lady at the front desk. They are always so kind and cheerful when I walk in. It is very nice to see that. Thank you guys keep up the good work.

My Doctor was on vacation. The scheduler was able to get me an appointment on the same day I called. I was first offered a substitute Doc could meet with me,but at a hospital. I asked them to keep me with someone at my familiar location which they were able to do. I was very relieved and experienced less stress.

Every person I came in contact with was, without a doubt, friendly, caring, professional. The nurse who did my Wellness Exam was very kind. Lisa, who I spoke to on the phone the day before my in-office visit listened to my needs & squeezed me in for a visit the very next day. Melissa Shockey, APRN, was extremely attentive to my needs & kindly listened to what I felt I needed to share for the treatment that I needed addressed.

Both front desk clerks acknowledged me when I came into the office. The medical assistant was friendly and helpful, Dr Melissa was patient, reviewed my chart carefully, as i had just gotten out of the hosp8tal and then was able to schedule tests promptly to ease my mind.

unlike some Lee doctors, she showed interest and care I hope she does not get in trouble for this but she cared enough to ask questions and listen and broke the infamous Lee 10-minute rule. Perhaps she should be giving doctors lesions on how to treat people.

Melissa Shockey was seeing me for the first time. She was very receptive to information I provided about my [ ], [ ] I have, that I thought might have some relevance to my current condition. She asked good questions. She was very pleasant. Melissa Shockey was efficient,a goodlistener, and so the prescription she sent in seems to be helping. I would certainly recommend her, and be willing to see her myself if my PCP were not available. The office she is in had an upbeat, friendly vibe!

This was my first visit with Melissa. She identified herself and was very concerned about my condition. This was a telamed visit. We discussed pros and cons to medication. The decision was left up to me. She told me to call back if I changed my mind.

My call to schedule an appointment was outstanding. I called at 8:10 and was able to get my appointment for 9am assuring I lived close and would me on time. The receptionist was very helpful and engaging with me. The CNA Ana was sympathetic to my pain and was very concerned and helpful. Melissa was wonderful and listened carefully to my issues.Everyone was outstanding from the first phone call to Melissa the nurse practitioner Kuddos to all and a big thank you!

Both and Ana and Melissa are excellent. Both understood my duress and were reassuring, kind, compassionate and so very helpful! Before I got there I was afraid and felt abandoned by my previous health care provider at a time I needed help. They were wonderful!
