Everyone was kind, courteous, & respectful. I was seen at my appointed time. (which was greatly appreciated) Staff and doctor was knowledgeable and willing to work with me on achieving my goals regarding my vision. The environment was clean and easily accessible.
And they cont. to keep me informed and updated.

My appointment was at 8:15 I arrived a little before 8:00 I sat about an hour before I was called. Other than that the visit went well.

My eyes were dilated and could not see when I exited the building. I had to go back and then request sun shades, which seemed hard to find for the office staff. These glasses should be available without asking. Service was prompt, no long waits within the exam process. All the staff were very kind and efficient.
