I had concerns that weee not reflected in the referral made. She listened to those, explained the process and why she was not the best fit to answer them and made a second referral for my concerns. I feel as though she did a thorough interview and exam and she was open to my thoughts about things as well. I feel like my concerns were met and addressed.

Shawn is the standard all your providers should be held to - but you have to have enough staff to give them the breathing room to offer us the care they want to give.

She’s amazing. I feel like she genuinely enjoys what she does and she is amazing at being compassionate and actively listen. I felt like my concerns were addressed and my feelings/thought on my situation were validated.
