When Resident Risden came into the room she had a student trainer I was not asked if that was ok, on top of that she knew I hat the equipment didn’t worked, also asked if I would like to try again it might work!! Total waste of my time money and billed my insurance….

Dr. Risden communicated her diagnosis and recommendations in a way that made it really easy to understand. I was prescribed physical therapy, and the referral was processed quickly (I'm assuming she sent the referral request to insurance very quickly). It felt great to be heard and get quick treatment.
