Both xxx and Rachel went to great lengths to make me comfortable and to explain that Dr. had taken ill and I would be seen by PA which was A okay with me.

She is so caring, and takes time with you. She explains and listens to your concerns. I have never felt rushed when I see her she will sit and listen to your concerns, whether it is your co pay cost of a med, she listens.

This group is extraordinary to me. They’ve all been kind and patient and they helped me have an emergency appointment. I had this procedure done at the ER and was left traumatized and in so much pain but when I had to have it done again with Rachel it was not bad at all. She listened and cared and respected me. I could not say enough about how much I love this office.

I wasn't brought back until almost 45 minutes after my appointment time and wasn't seen for another 30 minutes later. The care is awesome...but schedule delays are frustrating

Rachel is the absolute best. She's been able to get me to open up more because of her approach and being genuine. There is no question that the only reason I am still in the BJC network is because of her. I am very thankful to have her as my medical professional.

I would like to say how much I absolutely love Dr Rachel. She is the most caring and professional doctor I've had in a long time. She takes the time to listen and she really cares. She made me feel comfortable, her kindness just goes over and beyond. She's very thorough and very smart. I would highly recommend her to anyone. We need more people like Rachel, who care in this medical world we live in. Now that I'm getting older and I'm trying to understand all the changes in my body she explains everything so thoroughly and with care. I feel well taken care of. I highly recommend her.

I have been with Rachel some years now, she is and have always been professional, polite, knowledgeable & exceptionally outstanding at what she does. She cares about the health of her patients. She’s informative & keep you up to date on what’s going on including when you have had test run. She always make sure that any health problems I have get resolved & very good with follow up. I feel extremely safe with my care in her hands. She’s amazing & a joy to see when I have an appointment.
