Dr. Plotz was thorough, listened, made certain all of my questions were answered, provided options for potential future care as needed, made arrangements for health insurance forms to be completed for rewards program, & was concerned about providing information & coding that would provide me with the greatest benefit when billing through my insurance company. In addition, he spoke plainly without a lot of jargon & sought my perspective on suggested vaccinations & forms of treatment. Finally, he was considerate of my scheduling needs for blood lab work in conjunction with my work & daily life scheduling.
