She seemed unhappy and annoyed. I thinking waiting until the end of the day to call I. Prescriptions is not patient centered. She also didn’t read the notes from the previous visit with the urgency of care needed.

The exam was more thorough than I expected. Clearly Dr. Gainers is a great doctor and I appreciated the time she spent on my exam.

Nice doctor but she seemed hurried and didn’t take the time to fully explain her impression of my problem. That left me wondering so thankfully the nurse did a much more thorough job of reviewing the process, probability of prognosis and how to manage wound along with follow up concerns.

Don’t know if that’s who I saw. Did not introduce herself. After waiting that long, expected someone to tell me she was running late, I had to step back into the hall to ask.

The provider seemed very rushed and didn’t address my concerns. She was likely behind schedule as I was waiting in the waiting room a while. She said I need to schedule a follow up, but I would have preferred to take care of my concerns in one appointment. It was scheduled as an extended office visit.
