I love the place. All the staff is friendly and professional. Dr Lutan is great. I never feel rushed and I can ask as many questions as I want. I can read his notes and the after visit report on My Chart which is very helpful.

Dr. Lutan gets 2 thumbs up for being both professional & caring. He explained very well without getting either too technical or "dummying it down" too much. He took time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.

We arrived at the appointed time for my appointment at 2pm. At 2:30 after watching the waiting room turn over 3 times, I asked if there was a problem. I was told they serve several doctors. No one said why I was delayed in seeing Dr Lutan.Dr Lutan answered all my questions and put my mind to rest about test results.
