Lauren took the time to really hear me and then explain things to me. She ordered some tests to see if things were OK. And when I said I wasn't happy with my present cardiologist she recommended Dr Singh and said she could put in a recommendation and get my hospital records transferred. I told her that I wished she wasn't leaving because I liked her the moment I meant her today but understood and she said the new NP she had trained.

She was very attentive. She wasn't exactly sure what to do, so she asked someone else's help. And that person came very quickly to help.

We only had the opportunity to have visits with Lauren twice but had wonderful experiences both times. She was kind, thorough, compassionate, honest and willing to answer any questions I had regarding my son.
