I have a somewhat rare condition-no pancreas. Karmella is always helpful and informative. She is one of the rare knowledgeable providers with experience with my condition. She does her homework and is always well prepared.

She has the ability to explain complex physiological issues, either normal and abnormal. She can describe either using a layman's or scientific language, based on the patient's level of understanding.
