Julie Wardell is very patient and explains things well. She used some documents to show me information as I need to make some important decisions. She did not seem rushed, but very concerned about providing me great care.

I look forward to my visits whether it's my diabetes check up or when I've been ill. She's professional., yet still makes you feel like you are important and is glad to see you. Julie Wardell is very knowledgeable .When she talks to you she helps you understand whatever your issue is . Not in a condescending way , in a compassionate way .

The friendly staff was helpful and courteous. They answered all my questions. I just love Julie Wardell. She really listens to want you say. She is down to earth compassionate and knowledgeable. She makes you feel comfortable like she's happy to see you. To me that makes a big difference in going or not going to the Dr.

Julie is always willing to take an extra minute to listen and repeat to clarify health concerns. I highly recommend her and frequently do even though I doubt she can accept more patients!

Julie is an amazing listener, I have never felt a provider understood me or cared as much as her! I don’t know what she is paid, but it is not enough!!! She is worth her weight is GOLD!!

My lab person (Sylvie?) was very good at asking if I had a preference but I was skilled at finding a vein and did a pretty much pain free stick. I complimented her on how well she did! No bruising!!

Julie provided me with information on the results of my bone density scan and the importance of the monthly Injection series for the next year. Using a scale model was able to see how bone mass deteriorates can enhance fracture. Convinced me to start the drug series!
