All personnel from the receptionist to Physician's Assistant to the doctors are kind and very helpful, always with a smile and never rush you, but most of all very knowledgeable and professional.

Very efficient & competent staff from the receptionist that checked me in to the tech that installed a heart monitor on me & RN that took my vitals. Nurse Practitioner Jodi Gilchrist was very thorough & took time to answer all my questions.

Best staff anyone could ask for. Jody is who I chose to follow up with after a brief hospital stay out of town. I wouldn't seek out anyone else unless forced to. Was sorry to learn of Dr. [NAME] retirement.

The only thing was the confusion about not seeing a doc upon your first visit. None of us understood that assessment prior to seeing a cardiologist. Haven't experienced that before.
