I was a “work in” appointment but was still seen in a timely manner and received excellent care.

Very efficient -- no waiting time at all -- and the doctor was thorough and patient. I did not feel rushed at all, and all my questions were answered.

Upon my arrival, I think it took only about 10 minutes if that long before I was called back. After my initial weight check, temperature and blood pressure check, and giving the reasons for my visit that day. I was directed to the room and it only took Dr. Hur about six minutes to come in. Of course, since that was my first time seeing him, it took a little bit longer for him to take care of everything. He was very thorough and took care of everything that I addressed. After going over my lab work, he suggested what he thought would be the best way to go but he did give me the option to choose.

Why does scheduling calendar not go beyond a few weeks? Patients ( me )are not going to remember to call in 3-6 months to schedule an appointment, prescriptions run out, then have to go weeks without meds until I can get in to see someone. Long term meds should be prescribed for a year. ( other medical places do ). Appointments every 6-12 months for routine checkups and labs is enough unless patient feels they need medical attention. That’s just my opinion.

Getting in and out in a timely fashion. Didn’t have to wait all day in the lobby or the room to be seen.
