Experience other patients had with paxlovid was helpful so you knew what to expect. No identification was indicated. All HIPPA rules were followed.

This was, bar none, the most positive experience I have ever had at a doctor appointment. They understood my need to be seen quickly, they took necessary precautions, they listened o me, the were personable and kind but also very professional. I can't say enough about this particular IHA office.
