Dr. Renner is the best. The bureaucracy of Loyola Medicine may improve the bottom line but it is not good patient care. Call me anytime and I can explain many situations - SAM DUVALL 03/03/1955, (630)673-0806.

Dr Renner has been my PCP for quite a while now and I’m satisfied with her taking care of me.

My concern is when I went for my mammogram and ultra sound appt. The ultrasound tech came in, handed me a piece of paper and told me to contact my doctor for the results. She was not experienced on delivering the findings of my test. Very disappointed.

Dr. Renner is a wonderful doctor. I just don't understand how the appointments are so far in the future, unless I call the nurse line. If I'm ill, I'd like to see the doctor in a short time, not 2 months out.

she is wonderful. my insurance changed and she is out of network but I continue to come to her.

My only issue is that sometimes it takes weeks to get an appointment because Dr. Renner is the best.

We love Dr. Renner. Sometimes I wish she would ask more direct questions, e.g. "how is your child's sleep?" instead of "do you have any concerns?"
