Julie always takes the time to be thorough and helpful. Instead of just hearing you, she listens to you. Julie took the time to personally call later in the day, (after my appointment) to provide information pertaining to an [ ] to try regarding the issues with my taste buds. Kudos to Julie and the entire staff for their courtesy, compassion and kindness!

I found the whole staff excellent. Tracy at the front desk arranged my appointment and checked me in. Jessica was the admitting nurse and she was wonderful. Julie herself was understanding and knowledgeable of my needs and resources for taking care of my husbands [ ] to grove him the best quality of life . She also recognized and recommended Jackie, a social worker with palliative care, to handle my needs and addition clinical resources that would be of help for caring for my husband. Julie listened and asked plenty of questions finding out how medication’s were working and what would be the best route to go and even followed up on the weekend making sure that we are OK and everything was working as we desired. I believe she listens very well and tries to have the best interest in the patience.

From the intake desk. One document wasn't witnessed and signed as such. A small detail but come to find out the phone numbers on the document were out of date anyway. I appreciated the professionalism. Kira was extremely thorough in kind concern which enables Julie to ask questions I didn't realize needed asked. And they did need addressed. It was a relief to come to a better understanding of how to manage my cancer pain. I greatly appreciate the assistance of the staff.

The staff is all great and cheerful when appropriate. So thankful I was able to get an appointment in a timely matter and to be able to fill a prescription that was running out.

I was very impressed by Julie and wish I had the opportunity to work with her. She's personable and compassionate, great combination for this type of setting. She put my mind at ease because I now know that I am doing everything that I possibly can to sustain myself.

The whole staff is outstanding! From the phone calls to the check in at the front to being seen in the back to the check out was all very good actually probably one of the best drs office visits I've had in a while they even made my 7 year feel special with how they spoke to her and even offered her a different type of candy when she didn't like the peppermint candy canes . It's the little things especially to my baby child. So thank you guys very much actually it let me know that not all care providers are the same because I have had some rough times with providers my last month being admitted in hospital. so again thank you very much!
