What was happening to me, come on very fast, I was a little worried that I would have to wait a little longer, to get in. That was not the case. Was very pleased

After our previous ENT canceled my son's surgery unexpectedly, your office was able to get us in for consultation within only a few weeks and have already scheduled to perform his tonsillectomy.

Dr. Younes explained everything I needed to know. He did so in a way that I understood. And he repeated several until I understood them. I really appreciate his patience and helping me. His knowledge is quite up-to-date and extensive. I feel like I am in good hands with him.

Dr. Younes is great! He made me feel very comfortable and made sure I understood what was going on with my broken nose and what to expect after the procedure. He was very understanding and answered all my questions with patience and care.

From the minute I walked in, to the minute I walked out, everyone was great, made me feel comfortable and they were all very professional. Dr. Younes is a great and caring doctor. He saw how concerned I was about my broken nose and took action right away and nade me feel comfortable about the surgery and explained in detail what he was going to do. I felt at ease.
