Dr Parsley always answers any questions and provides exceptional care. She offers suggestions on how I can improve my health and I trust her advise. I have been her patient since she became a Dr with my caramel and joined this practice & If she ever left, I would follow her. You should be proud of how she represents Mount Carmel.

I was told I had a telehealth appointment at 7:30 and was left for 45+ minutes with no call and ultimately had to call the doctors office and tell them I could no longer do the appointment because of work.

I called at 9AM for an appointment for a problem that need to be taken care of in a timely fashion ( not life threatening but somewhat urgent) and my regular doctor was out of town; I was given an appointment T 11:15 AM the same day with an alternate Doc who addressed and took care of my problem in an efficient, professional and timely manner. Very pleased with the care I got from everyone.
