The system accidentally cancelled my appointment when I replied that I was coming by text. The staff got me in even though they had already filled that time slot and took care of my needs without making me feel guilty.

Cassie and her staff are always wonderful. They call back ASAP and let me know if they can get me or the kids in that day or if not recommend the Urgent Care. They are always so friendly, helpful, and you can tell they really care about their patients.

This is not just for one experience, its for everytime I go! I've never felt more comfortable and cared about in my life! Dr. Cassie is truly my angel!! I can talk about anything and she's right there with me and CARES!!! I do credit her and her staff and one other fine lady who is not part of your staff that saved my life from when I was in a very dark time. Dr. Cassie knew something was wrong and I felt so at ease with her I broke down mentally. It was like I was talking to my Daughter, but she was very professional and got me the help I needed and along with bothDr, Cassie and my therapist I able to see value in my life and start doing things for myself!!!!!! So I can truly say CGH is ever so lucky to have Dr. Cassie and her staff doing great work and making a difference in my and others lives!!!!!

I like to say that I ALWAYS had great care from everyone at CGH!!!! You know alot people get nervous or anxious when going to a Doctor. I always look forward to it because it seems like we're one big family. Who doesn't like that feeling of family at your side no matter what! Also one other thing everyone there deserves a pay hike! Those nurses are a true asset and they bust their butts day in and day out. PLEASE, PLEASE take great care of your people they are truly worth it and more!!!!!
