I appreciate the focus on Covid safety both at the main clinic today and my recent lab work at the Fulton clinic. I came to today's appointment expecting that I would need hearing aids, a significant expense. It would have been easy for Dr. Zollinger to push me that direction, but she explained the options without trying to influence me one way or the other, and supported my decision to not get hearing aids at present. I appreciate that very much.

I would like to commend and praise Doctor Laurie Zollinger for expertise, compassion, and kindness during my appointment. After testing my hearing she was able fit me with a hearing aid that was donated by another patient. Her kindness brought me to tears. I am grateful beyond words as I could not afford a hearing aid on my income. I can hear now and will be forever grateful to her for the gift of hearing.

I appreciate the friendliness of the receptionists. Both of them in audiology made me feel welcomed

It was a very long time before I could get an appointment other than that I was well satisfied . I went to a family reunions and a funeral not being able to hear very well and the problem was a very simple fix . ??

I really like coming there. I get great care for my hearing and my doc Laurie is awesome.

I don't feel I could expect any more information than what I received. Two appointments were set up next week back to back. The second appointment depends on the first one. Those that were involved worked together very good.
