After waiting in the exam room for an 1-1/2 hours, I had to leave. I never saw the doctor. Although he called me afterwards. My time is just as important as my care members and no one should have to wait for an 1-1/2 hours and never see the doctor? I am concerned about my relationship with the doctor. He is relatively new to me. My previous oncologist has left UAB and mt current oncologist doesn't have the same people skills as my previous.

Dr. Basu is a great oncologist. He is attentive and caring. Nurse practitioner Kent is wonderful and always concerned. Pharmacist Juliana has been so helpful and kind. The entire staff shows patience and kindness.
