The genetic counselors did a wonderful job at explaining what they do and making sure I understood the testing that would be done. All staff was well mannered and kind. Didn't make me feel rushed and answered all my questions and concerns.

Our entire experience was extremely positive. There was little to no wait between every stage of the visit. Everyone we spoke to was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
