The lady perform the test was awesome !!! She made my day and just compassionate best experience I had taking this test before in my life ,,I wish I remember name .she was awesome !!

The girl (Jaylin I believe) that did my blood work was very sweet and very patient. She listened to my concerns and handled them each with care. She made me feel heard and seen.

The customer service from front to back was Devine! I wish that I could rate 1000. I was informed of each step throughout the appointment. The customer service was the true definition of EXEMPLARY. MICHELLE the sonographer should train all incoming sonographers. Experiences of this kind are sadly rare. I'm truly thankful.

I enjoyed the staff so much. Each department was prompt, kind and professional! Please acknowledge M. Cooper in central intake for being so skilled and accommodating! I also enjoyed the middle-aged technician with a big smile and short hair cut, who performed my EKG. . I came in during the last 20 minutes of her shift and she was still amazingly upbeat, I’d also like to praise the student XRay technician who performed my XRay! She’s was so gentle, precessional and amazing! Great job!!

My experience from Registration to the Carlton Breast Health Center was very quick, professional and inviting. I even thank the man in the transportation (red shirt) who exemplified such warm and courteous customer service. Everyone looked up and greeted me with a smile and willingness to help me find my way.
