I think the provider is doing his best, but could benefit from greater openness to listening to concerns voiced by patients, especially around post-operative pain management and expectations.

I am deaf HOH that can read lips. The team went above and beyond removing their mask so I can read lips while I was masked, vaccinated, boosted and flued.
